Srčni zastoj v posebnih okoliščinahNamen tega prispevka je predstaviti smernice 2005 European Resuscitation Council (ERC) za oživljanje v posebnih okoliščinah. Vsebuje priporočila in prikaz specifičnih ukrepov in sprememb v nadaljnih postopkih oživljanja pri oskrbi bolnika v srčnem zastoju zaradi enega od naslednjih vzrokov: motnje elektrolitov, zastrupitve, utopitve, podhladitev, hipertermije, hudega poslabšanja astme, anafilaksije, poškodbe ali električnega udara. |
Cardiac arrest in special circumstancesThe aim of this contribution is to present 2005 European Resuscitation Council (ERC) Guidelines for Resuscitation in special circumstances. They contain recommendations and review of specific interventions with modification to advanced life support in the treatment of consecutive causes of cardiac arrest: life-treating, electrolyte disorders, poisoning, drowning, hypotermia, hypertermia, near-fatal and life-treating asthma, anaphylaxis, traumatic cardiorespiratory arrest, pregnancy, electrocution. |
