Kradež z ishemičnimi zapleti pri bolniku s hemodializno arteriovensko fistulo: prikaz primera Kradežni sindrom je po umetno napravljeni arterio-venski fistuli za dializo na zgornjem udu redek pojav, a lahko povzroči hudo klinično simptomatiko. Zelo redek je pri fistulah v področju zapestja, pogostejši pa pri fistulah na nadlaktu. Prikazan je primer bolnika, kjer se je pojavil kradežni sindrom z gangreno prstov roke po tem, ko je bila narejena arterio-venska fistula v komolčni jamici. Kirurška poprava je bila narejena s postopkom podvezave in dodatnega obvoda. Simptomi so izginili, fistula pa je ostala ohranjena. |
Steal with ishaemic complications in a patients with an arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis: case reportDialysis-associated steal syndrome occuring after creation of arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis is an uncommon but disturbing and often debilitating complication of upper extremity arteriovenous fistulas. It is decidedly rare with radiocephalic fistulas and more common with proximal arm fistula. We describe a patient who developed a symptomatic steal with finger gangrene after brachiocephalic fistula creation. Flow to the limb was restablished withthe ligation-bypass technique. Vascular access for dialysis remained. |
