Izbor presadka za rekonstrukcijo sprednje križne vezi - pregled literatureIzbor najboljšega presadka pri rekonstrukciji sprednje križne vezi (ACL) je še vedno tema številnih srečanj in prispevkov. Presadek iz dela ligamenta pogačice z njegovimi kostnimi narastišči iz pogačice in golenice je veljal (velja?) za zlati standard. V zadnjem času se pogosto pojavljajo poročila o ugodnejših rezultatih rekonstrukcije ACL, kjer za presadek uporabljajo kite upogibalk kolena. Namen članka je s pomočjo dosedaj objavljenih prispevkov odgovoriti na vprašanje, kateri presadek je najboljši. Po mnenju avtorja jasnega odgovora o idealnem presadku danes še ni. |
Graft choice for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction - literature reviewGraft choice for ACL reconstruction is still the topic of several meetings and texts concerning ACL reconstruction. The patellar tendon bone-tendon-bone (BTB) graft has been the "golden standard" graft choice for ACL reconstruction. Reports lately show favourable results in ACL reconstruction in using harmstring tendon graft. The intention of the article is to answer the question, which graft to use, based on to date published texts. To conclude, the author ascertains that there is no clear answer in determining the ideal graft. |
